Willow bark is a traditional pain relieving herb containing salicin, the precursor to Asprin! It is commonly used for headaches, muscle pain, fever, joint discomfort, muscle soreness and recovery. 

Parts Used: Inner Bark 

Suggested Use: 10 to 30 drops in water or juice, up to 3x daily as needed
