Violet flower is a soothing, heart opening herb traditionally used for lymphatic movement, grief, and gentle moistening of the lungs helpful in combating dry, irritated respiratory conditions, soothes inflammation. Delicate in nature, but deeply nourishing.

Suggested Use: 1-2 dropperfuls in water or tea, up to 3x daily
