Skullcap is a relaxing nervine traditionally used to ease nervous tension, anxiety and muscle spasms.  It is a gentle herb for calming the mind and body, especially at bedtime. 

Skullcap is commonly used for stress, tension, anxiety, nervousness and panic attacks. Energetically, Skullcap is a bitter herb with cooling properties, making it useful for those with signs of heat.  

Skullcap herb is one of the herbs that can be included in blends for smoking. 

Parts Used: Leaf

Suggested Use: 10 to 30 drops in water or juice, up to 3x daily as needed
