Red Clover (Trifolium pratense) Tincture 2 fluid ounces in an amber glass dropper bottle.
A Gentle Bloom with Deep Wisdom

Scattered across meadows and sunlit fields, Red Clover glows with soft magenta blossoms—humble in stature, yet deeply wise. Known as a blood purifier, balancer, and blessing-bearer, this wildflower has long held a place in traditional healing.

Traditional Uses
In Western folk medicine and Native traditions, red clover was used to purify the blood, support lymphatic flow, and ease skin eruptions like eczema and psoriasis. It was also used to soothe coughs, balance hormones, and support the female reproductive system, especially during menopause and puberty. It was often included in spring tonics to clear out the stagnation of winter and awaken the body’s natural rhythms.

Common Uses
Today, red clover is commonly used as a gentle detoxifier, lymphatic mover, and nourishing tonic for hormonal balance. It’s especially supportive for perimenopausal and menopausal women, offering mild phytoestrogenic activity. Red clover may be taken as a tea, tincture, or glycerite, often in combination with other gentle lymphatic and liver-supporting herbs.

Energetics
Red clover is cooling, moistening, and slightly sweet, making it ideal for dry, overheated, or stagnant conditions. She offers calm where there is inflammation, flow where there is congestion, and gentleness where there has been strain.
